Amy Kuczynski serves as the firm’s litigation paralegal, focusing primarily on personal injury and workers compensation cases while also supporting other civil litigation matters. She brings a combination of legal knowledge, real-world experience, and a people-first mindset to her role, making her an indispensable part of our litigation team. Since joining the legal field in 2022, Amy has brought both dedication and precision to her role, guiding clients through the complexities of their cases with empathy and efficiency.
Amy is a key point of contact for clients, fully managing all angles of a case from start to finish. She develops each client’s file, compiles all necessary records, and ensures that every detail is prepared for negotiation, settlement, or trial.
Amy manages a wide range of responsibilities, including handling medical records and billing retrieval, document preparation for settlement and trial, court filings in both state and federal jurisdictions, and managing key deadlines and communication across parties. She also plays a critical role during discovery, helping to build strong case foundations and ensuring clients are fully informed and supported throughout the litigation process.
Amy brings over 15 years of experience from the service industry, which honed her ability to communicate clearly, handle fast-paced demands, and relate to clients with care and understanding. She is passionate about helping clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives, and she approaches each case with a strong belief that clear and compassionate communication makes all the difference.
Originally from Georgia, Amy moved to the Greenville area in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the Upstate community. Outside of work, she enjoys visiting local restaurants and breweries, going on road trips, playing board and card games, and relaxing with her tuxedo cat, Rascal.
