Hunter W. Morris is the founding attorney of the firm, focusing on personal injury and probate law. A graduate of Auburn University and Salmon P. Chase College of Law, he’s been practicing in South Carolina since 2006 and is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

With thousands of cases handled and dozens tried to verdict, Hunter is known for his approachable, client-first philosophy and deep community ties. He’s a past president of Mental Health America of Greenville County and has helped raise over $150,000 for the cause. Originally from Louisville, KY, Hunter enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife, son, and their two dogs.

Kayla Holtzclaw has been with Morris Law since its founding in 2010, bringing over two decades of legal experience to her dual role as Senior Paralegal and Office Manager. She oversees the firm’s probate division and supports all other legal areas while guiding staff, managing operations, and ensuring exceptional client care.

Raised in Six Mile by her grandparents, Kayla leads with compassion, integrity, and purpose – both in the courtroom and the community. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, event planning, and traveling with her family.

Amy Kuczynski supports our litigation team with a client-first mindset and a sharp eye for detail. Since entering the legal field in 2022, she has managed personal injury and workers’ compensation cases from start to finish – handling everything from record retrieval and filings to discovery and trial prep. Originally from Georgia, Amy now calls Greenville home and enjoys local food spots, road trips, and time with her tuxedo cat, Rascal.
